To get a passport we require an appointment. Anyone applying must appear in person, including minors. 

Passport Information

At this time our office does require an appointment for applications being submitted through our office. Please see our checklist for the 7 items you must bring to your appointment. You may make an appointment HERE or call us at: (785) 309-5855.  

All applicants submitting passport application Form DS-11 must have:

1. All applicants MUST appear in person (including children)
2. U.S. citizenship (certified birth certificate, expired passport, naturalization certificate)
3. Identity (Kansas driver's license, military ID, other government issued ID)
4. Completed & Unsigned application – no blanks, no white out. FREE APPLICATIONS from the official website.
5. Passport photo required 
6. Originals and Copies of ALL documents.
7. Payments: 
   1. Passport fee MUST be a check
   2. Application fee may be a check, cash, or card.

Passport applications are being accepted by APPOINTMENT ONLY between 8am - 2:30pm.
