Birth Control options and education, a yearly physical exam, cervical cancer screening (pap smear), clinical breast exam and education, sexually transmitted infection testing, and pregnancy testing.
If you don’t have insurance, these services are provided at a reduced cost determined by your income and the federal poverty guidelines. We ask that you know your household gross annual income for your first visit.

Please have the following information ready to make an appointment:
*We can not allow appointments to be made by others unless the appointment is for a minor. For Immunizations or TB testing, a parent/legal guardian will also need to accompany the minor to the appointment.
We have an on-site Spanish language interpreter is available for all of our services. Medical interpretation for other languages is available upon request.
