A surge of Arctic air will bring extreme wind chills late Wednesday night through Friday. Hazardous travel conditions are expected due to accumulating, blowing, and drifting snow beginning late Wednesday through Thursday afternoon.

Dangerously cold wind chills are expected Thursday (-29 degrees F) and Friday (-31 degrees F) morning that can cause frostbite on exposed skin.

Snow and wind is expected to move in late Wednesday through Thursday, with strong northwest winds gusting up to 50 mph. Travel is strongly discouraged as snow and blowing snow will severely reduce visibility.
