This week, crews worked hard getting the demolition on third floor close to 95 % complete. Wall panel and base install on second floor is nearly complete with some touch up taking place next week. Our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical partners worked alongside us on demo and started running new piping and conduit. Next week we plan on cutting out the brick in hallway # 309 into the new courtroom, core drilling for the new restrooms on third floor, and beginning wall layout and metal stud work for the new SW courts area.
