The Commission held a final review of the proposed 2026 budget before publication and the scheduled public hearing on September 9.
After multiple study sessions and revisions since May, the proposed mill levy is now 40.167, reduced from the originally recommended 41.571.
This was the final opportunity for changes before publication, which must occur at least 10 days ahead of adoption.
